- Adopt high quality foam type casting HT250 material, main parts use 700-2 material which has the high density, more thick and bigger cutting pressure. Each machine is about 400kg heavier than common type.
- The whole machine adopts China famous brand HRB bearings, with heat treated,angle change position designing, to reach the high strength and better occlusion.
- Sliding bearings are made of high quality alloy copper, abrasion resistant and shake reducing. Bearing shaft adopts ZCuZn40Pb2 material.
- High cutting pressure, moving-bed can be opened to its optimum, angle bigger than 160°, so the operation is more easy and safe.
- This machine brake is sensitive and has four safety insurance methods, keep the operator more safe.
