Lead Edge Paper Feeder Unit
1. Air suction assisted paper feeding. Fan 7.5KW can be adjusted according to the bending conditions of cardboard.Make sure that the paper is smooth. Cleaning the surface of cardboard with brush dust.Dust paper and other debris to improve the quality of printing.
2. The die cutting part is equipped with a chain control switch to control the emergency stop feeding.
3.Paper lifting and paper dropping are driven by cylinders, which are quick and labor-saving.
4. Adopt the "KOMORI" leading edge roller paper feeding system in Shandong, with simple operation and high precision. The extension quantity can be adjusted and the production adaptability is strong. Faster and more stable transmission, suitable for warpage, thin cardboard transmission, the effect is obvious.
5.The position of the side baffle and back box is adjusted by the electric screw driver, the upper and lower clearance positions of the front baffle are manually adjusted synchronously.
6.Dynamic balancing correction, steady running, suitable to high speed running.
7.Fixed coil axis, suitable for standard hanging plate, realize rapid change plate.
8.All the complete printing plate with groove, suitable to 10mm plate hanging strip.
9.Install and dismantle with foot switch to control plate roller reversing and emergency stop, convenient change plate.
10.Printing roller shaft can be adjusted in transverse by manual, the range is 10mm.
Printing Unit
1.The outer diameter is 155.4mm.
2.High quality seamless steel tube surface grinding, dynamic balance correction,smooth operation, hard chromium plating.
3.Upper feeding roller: outer diameter φ86mm seamless steel pipe, equipped with 3 feeding wheels.
4.Lower feeding roller: outer diameter φ155mm seamless steel pipe, surface grinding, hard chrome plating.
5.Paper feeding roller crosshead shoe gap manual adjustment by dial, range is 0-12mm will not affect the gear gap, assure the driving precision.

Rotary Die Cutting Unit
1.Outer diameter is 360mm (without the wooden die).
2.Cast iron material with surface grinding, hard chrome plated, dynamic balancing and correction, increased the running stability.
3.Holes distance in axial direction 100mm; Radial direction in 18 divide. Suitable wooden die height 25.4mm.
4.Wooden die thickness: 16mm (for 3ply paper); 13mm (for 5ply paper).
5.Knife plate roller plus quadruple template system, can be synchronized with four knives,lateral movement is fast, convenient and reliable, general industrial outside box can be processed. It greatly saves the cost of making cartons, and saves labor and carton processing cycles.(Customers can choose the die cutting type according to the picture).
Anvil Blanket Roller (Above Roller)
1.Outer diameter is 388.9mm, with blanket diameter is 404.9mm.
2.Fast changing anvil blanket, wear resistant, long lifetime.
3.Cast iron material with surface grinding, hard chrome plated.
4.Balancing and correction treated, increased the running stability.
5.Electrical adjustment of the gap between the die-cutting roller, range is 0-16mm.
6.Anvil blanket thickness is 9mm, width is 250mm. Mechanical transverse moving range is 40mm.Mechanical speed differential device.
