Automatic high speed FFG linkage packing line corrugated printing machine
1.This machine is composed of paper feeding ,printing ,die cutting ,stacking and so on ,can complete three layers,five layer,corrugated board printing,line,slotting,corner cutting ,punching and other processes.
2.The wall board is made of cast iron after heat treatment and annealing,60mm thick,good shock absorption performance,no deformation.High precision CNC machining center is adopted for hole machineining,and the accuracy of hole center distance can reach ±0.01mm.
3.All transmission gears adopt helical tooth design, smooth and reliable transmission, high carbon alloy steel forging, fine grinding processing, precision level above 6, super hard treatment tooth surface hardness up to HRC58 ~ 62, gear width 60mm, closed spray lubrication.
4.Printing department, slotting department, all adopt planetary gear drive, precision and durable. Phase adjustment adopts encoder and PLC control, controllable accuracy ±0.1mm, accurate and reliable.
5.All bearings choose "tile shaft", "Luo shaft" and other famous brand bearings. Planetary gear adopts keyless coupling sleeve.
6.The oil tank is made of cast iron, which can avoid oil leakage.
7.Using vacuum adsorption transfer board (paper wheel surface is ceramic, increase wear resistance life.) Without the use of pull-out ring can make the board smoothly through the printing department.
8.The clutch of each unit is electrically operated with alarm bell, which will ring continuously to ensure the safety of operators. The clutch with constant torque can cushion the collision between units during misoperation. Each unit is equipped with an emergency stop switch, which can cut off the power supply of clutch motor when working inside to ensure its own safety. Clutch motor made in Taiwan, power 1.5kw.
9.After each group of units is closed, pneumatic lock between each group. When the cylinder is not fully locked, the main motor cannot start running; When the main motor is running, the locking cylinder cannot be opened. After each unit is unlocked, the transmission system automatically braking to keep the original position of the gear. The front and rear machines are equipped with emergency stop switch, safe and reliable.
10.All units have automatic zero system, easy to operate, easy to change orders. Try sending two pieces to adjust to the correct size, reduce cardboard waste.
11.Main console man-machine interface, can directly display the production speed, production quantity, etc. Click to enter the interface of paper feeding, printing (multi-color), slotting, die cutting and other units, and adjust and control each unit.
12.The machine is beautiful in shape and soft in color. Modular design allows you to add or subtract units at will.
13.One-key single change, automatic adjustment, paper feeding unit and die cutting unit input carton length * width * height, one-key adjustment of the feeding unit baffle size and slotting unit cutter head and line size.
14.The paper feeding unit is equipped with a probe ruler device, which automatically calculates the thickness of the board and automatically adjusts the feeding pressure of the whole machine. It is simple, convenient and fast.
