Product Description

I. Brief

This machine adopt manual sheets supplying, vacuum suction type automatic lead edge feeding. Can finish corrugated cardboard printing, slotting, corner cutting, edge slitting, creasing, etc functions at the same time. Electrical carton height adjustment, equipped with ruler for easy size checking. The phase of slotting adjustment device is planetary gears structure, adopt electrical adjustment in 360 degree. Above slotter and down knife holders and creasers can move left-right synchronously manually by professional tools. It is easy and convenient in using and maintenance, small and delicate, specially for small cartons printing slotting and forming.

II. Feeding unit

1. Independent light pressure vacuum suction feeding of sheet, will not damage the sheet, feeding fast, save labor.

2. The automatic feeder with touch screen, can set the machine speed and working capacity.

3. Electrical adjustment of the left right sheet baffle, and electrical movement of the back guard.

4.  The paper feeding shafts adopt rubbure roller with knurling, the pressure adjustment adopt eccentric wheels adjustment, left-right eccentric wheels pressure can be adjusted synchronously.

5. The sheet pushing plate adopt left right two sides baffles and back guard to fix the sheets, can avoid the above sheet moving malpostion when feeding the bottom sheet which will bring the wrong slotting. The baffles can fix different quality sheets, make sure the machine can feed in more steadily.

 

6. Adopt electrical planetary gear phase adjustment to adjust the sheets size, can adjust directly without machine stop.

III. Printer unit

1. Φ288mm, Φ300mm,,,,. Printing roller diameter Φ288mm, diameter with printing plate Φ300mm, adopt high quality thick seamless steel pipe, with surface grinding, hard chrome plating.

 

2. Use famous Dalian Tengda anilox roller, high quality steel, mesh is 220LPI or 250LPI as per customer need.

3. Rubber roller adopt high quality wear / oil and acid-base resisting, medium height grinding, better ink distribution effect.

4. The printing roller pressure adopt high precision crosshead shoe gapless adjustment to do micro adjustment, can make the printing pressure reach the best condition.

5. 360°electrical phase, electrical buttons phase adjustment, phase meter for adjustment assistance, this device use planetary gear structure working, machine in running and stop condition can both adjust by electrical buttons in 360°.

6. Diaphragm pump auto ink supplying system, manual printing plate lifting, equipped with auto ink distribution system, can avoid ink drying effectively when machine in interval and stop, will not affect the printing effect. The ink refill tube use 1.2 inches PVC tube, smooth tube, avoid ink block, can eject ink back to the bucket in time, can avoid the ink leakage.

IV. Die cutting unit

1. The rotary diecutter can die cut different shape cartons. With the inbuilt slotting rings.

2. Match with the waste output conveyor, and the anvil blanket repair device.

3. Can match with wooden die, one wooden die can cut into 2-4 different sizes and shape of cartons. Suitable to the small boxes which can not do by normal way.

V.  Stripper stacker unit

1. Specially in cleaning and collecting of the small sheets.

2. Vibrating cleaning of the waste, increase small blower.

3. Equip the brake system to keep safe, increase flapping device to make the sheets stacking tidy.

4. Max. stacking height 1300mm (big board), 900-1000mm (small board since it is easy to fall down).
