Electric Heating Corrugated Single Facer Making Paper Machine
1. Corrugated roller adopt 48CrMo high quality alloy steel,quenched and tempered,hardened,polished surface,corrugated diameter Ø320m,surface hardness HRC60 degrees;Adopt pneumatic cylinders control up and down of corrugated roller.
2. Gimble drive,with independent driver box.Enclosed gear oil immersion lubrication, extend the life of the gear.
3. Pressure roller diameter is Ø320mm which adopts 45# carbon steel modulation process. The roller surface is grinded and chromed, controlled by air cylinder to up and down .
4. Vacuum adsorption to guide paper with a strong high-pressure turbine.With wind control device machine suction silencer.
5. Adopt electric adjust glue width (coated paste run independently,when the host stopped,to prevent the paste dry can be choosed.)
6. Glue amount with electric adjustment and digital display, foggy sprayer device for paper pre-heater; PLC touch screen can be chosed!
